"Room was very unclean and but wait the shower was terrible I don’t know what kind of guest are having is this time but I don’t think I properly to have rooms like that ! I went to the from desk to request for a better room and one of the young lady staff was NOT efficient telling me They will sent maintenance to check the whole room to see if they have any issues and then they will assing me a better one. It took almost 24 hrs to answer my request!"

"It was a little stressful the way pool towels pick up process front counter-authorization note-pool desk then pick up note at pool desk-returned note to front desk big line at front desk most of the time Lobby bar team was short stuffed and and seems upset and not very helpfull"

"The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I had to take the stairs to the tenth floor 5 times in sweltering heat, when you do get on one it stops on almost every floor and they are very hot inside. Other than that it was good"

"El cuarto lo entregaron hasta las 5 pm porque lo estaban reparando, sin embargo nos dejaron entrar a guardar nuestro equipaje hasta que lo tuvieron listo para entrar. Sin embargo nos compensaron esas dos horas dejándonos el cuarto dos horas extras el próximo día. La taza del baño no tenía la tapa, la cama no era cómoda, el elevador no funcionaba bien y el personal nos prestó muy buena atención."

"They have alot of security and the place is super clean the only down side was the signs saying no outside food or drinks. When we travel we like to have beverages and bring them into our room. We follow the rules so I didnt even try. But i did see people with chicken and stuff. The ocean was too rough to get in. So we went to calleta instead to dip in the water. There was a red flag and the security made sure everyone was safe. It was near alot of places to walk to eat. And the views were amazing. Water flow was good Two towels only Does have hair dryer Clean Ac was cold Check in and out was fast All staff encounters were pleasant"
