"We spent 3 nights here and absolutely loved our balcony room with a view of the lake. Couldn't stop taking pics from it. Grounds are excellent and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but the same each day. Two things we'd suggest though, pillows were feathered and had no substance (had to ask for additional) and no lotion in the bathroom. These are minor things compared to how much we loved the setting. Would highly recommend."

By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The property was beautiful and our room had a great view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. One note, when traveling to and from Interlaken, the busses take a 2-3 hour rest around dinner time so make sure to plan your afternoon accordingly."
