Great first impressions, would recommend!
We arrived at the parking, the gate opened immediatly and was greeted with nice spaces. Everything super clearly labeled and staff was friendly from the beginning to the end! I would highly recommend this hotel for a getaway with a bit of wellness. My only recommendation would be more places to hang towels/bathrobes in the wellness area as the beds and chairs are very quickly all reserved and you have no where to put your items while enjoying the spa!

Amazing stay
Úžasný pobyt, moc ochotný personál. Jediné minus bylo, že stěny pokoje nebyly zřejmě odhlučněné, takže jsme někdy slyšeli ostatní hosty. Ovšem ochota personálu, čistota pokojů a úžasný servis vše vykompenzovali.

This is a very nice hotel located on the outskirts of Znojmo, just short walking distance to the center, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Hotel is modern, clean, with an excellent restaurant and wellness center. The breakfast bar is amazing. All staff is very courteous and professional. We had a little issue with our room safe and the service person came within few minutes to fix it. Definitely will repeat our stay in this hotel next time we visit Znojmo.

Great place for a romantic weekend

Big disappointment
I chose this hotel for my family for a weekend in Znojmo, but it was a huge disappointment. Extra fee for wellness, extra fee for parking - at this time absolutely unthinkable at 4 * hotel. We busted a room with a king size bed - for two adults and one child - instead of the king size bed we got two beds separately - when we put them together remained the gap in the middle - making the overall quality of sleep very poor. The location of the hotel between the blocks of flats seemed not very impressive and the distance from the center was not much. The wellness we were looking forward to and payed extra fee was horrible - on the roof of the hotel where the daylight was - the relax atmosphere was zero - it was more of an urban swimming pool - the sun beds did not match the capacity of people who were unvarn - only 10 sun loungers that have a capacity of at least 30 people. Water in the pool very cold and the overall wellnes atmosphere really failed. But what was worst was the breakfast - the cheapest buffet I had ever seen - creepy coffee, juice from a syrup machine - very poor. Food very poor quality /ham, salami and cheese - the cheapest- lack of vegetables fruit, pastry was not fresh / Wellnes towels were missing, only one soap per room / for 3 persons / and very poor cosmetics, for being a 4 * hotel. The quality of the service did not match the price or reviews on the Internet. The only praise deserved by the staff, who was very kind.

Grundsätzlich ist alles Gut und ein sehr schönes Hotel ! Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut und ausreichend! Die Betten wirklich gut! Leider ist bei uns in der Buchung versteckt gewesen, das der Zutritt zum Pool 10,00 Euro pro Personen kostet. Leider knallen die Türen sehr laut was ein ausschlafen nicht möglich macht. Auch die WC Spülung der Nachbarn hört man extrem und laut. Parken kostet 8,00 Euro! Ist aber auf der Straße möglich! Deutsche Programme sind vorhanden! In der gesamtschau aber gut ! Noch eins : der Sanitärbereich ist komplett aus Glas und eine Privatsphäre auf WC und Dusche kaum möglich !

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolles Frühstück, Restaurant sehr gut, Zimmer top, Wellness nur gegen Aufpreis, jedoch nur eine kleine Sauna in Betrieb, die zweite nicht - etwas zuwenig bei mehreren Besuchern, Parkplatz gegen Gebühr, jedoch genügend Parkplätze in der Umgebung, sonst in der Nähe nur ein Pizza-Bier-Lokal sonst nichts, dafür ruhig.

Vi havde booket hotellet fordi der stod det var børnevenligt og fordi der var pool. Vi betalte rigeligt for værelset, så det overraskede mig at vi skulle betale ekstra for at bruge poolen. Desuden fik vi af vide da vi ankom, at børnene ikke var velkommen i poolområdet efter kl. 19/7 p.m. Det var ikke sjovt at skulle fortælle 3 børn det kl. 18.45/6.45 p.m, da vi ankom efter 10 timer i bil. Vi havde booket en familiesuite. Det var så connecting rooms. Hvor der ikke engang var gjort klar til at vi kom, så vi måtte ned og få dem til at åbne mellem værelserne. Og hvor der ikke var en seng til vores yngste. Selve hotellet er virkelig fint og der mangler ikke noget. Maden i restauranten om aftenen er virkelig god. Morgenmadsbuffeten er okay, men ikke noget vildt. Hotellet ligger midt i et beboelsesområde med lejlighedskomplekser over alt og en biergarten i forhaven. Vi havde et fint ophold, men det var lidt præget af en virkelig dårlig start på opholdet.

Alles wie in der Beschreibung, sehr schönes großes, sauberes Hotel. Wellnessbereich entsprach auch unseren Vorstellungen. Frühstück war super. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
