"First class hotel in the rose town of Isparta. Attached to a shopping mall with various eateries. The hotel itself did a lovely buffet breakfast or you could order a fresh omelette of your choice. The restaurant for evening meals had a huge menu to choose from. Our room was a king size bed with seating area and bathroom with lovely big shower. All toiletries were included in bathroom as well as a very good hairdryer. The staff on reception were excellent. They couldn’t help us enough from our queries regarding the rose festival to ordering taxis and instructing taxi driver where to take us. Quite a few of them spoke very good English which was a big bonus. There was ample parking for cars and a taxi rank just outside.
Would I stay here again….. without a doubt I would. It was excellent."
"Positive: friendly staff, warm welcome, location close enough to Rose Festival, shopping centre & restaurants whilst in a lovely residential clean area. Queries and communication from hotel was quick. Breakfast area pleasant apart from 'spa' music. Reception area with comfy seats and a display of rose cosmetic products for sale. Discount given to guests.
Negative: the room - awful. Put into a family room (tho called a suite)! Why put a 'family' on 3rd floor - NO lift. NO air conditioning. I would never have stayed in a hotel with no lift and AC but it was late when we arrived to find somewhere else. NO full length mirror except small bathroom one. No kettle for tea/coffee refreshments (despite there being a kitchen sink in room)! Why not? No safe. No door on shower. No cotton pads, earbuds, tissues - just 1 soap and 1 shower gel. Thin towels. The room had damp on ceiling which I told reception about. Net curtain torn. Shower needed cleaning. Basically a 1-2 star hotel despite the 4.6 reviews 🤔 The breakfast was very basic - only fresh fruit was watermelon. No simit. I had to ask for yogurt. The usual plastic cheese, white bread and chips! boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, salad. Had to pay for coffee!!"
"A lovely quiet hotel (well it would be if the other guests were considerate). Spotlessly clean. Nice staff but no English speakers available as advertised and difficult to communicate."
"This property was one of the few accepting pets so I brought my two cats. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was nice that the served suhur for those fasting. They also had food for iftar as well which made it easier not to have to look around for a place. Everything was good except for the ant issue which I noticed from other comments seems to be an ongoing issue. I understand that ants are tough to get rid of but I’d be lying if I didn’t say that it’s a turn off. The cats spent time killing them. I think it’s seasonal so those coming other times of the year might not have an issue. Be aware that there are only 3/4 parking spaces out front. After that you are parking down an incline and hiking up. "
