"Location is great, apartment and building is good, cleaning is great, the only problem was the mattresses they where hard I could feel the springs, luckily they have down comforters that helped to be comfortable. Good size of room and bedroom."

"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website."

When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "
