Such a high tech hotel. Shower and toilet set up needs getting used to but not a big deal. I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable. So many choices for breakfast, and the staff are great.

Room was clean but the view from the window was not inviting. Staff very effective in service. Breakfast was delicious and food in the bar was good.

Great hotel, suite is pretty pricey during ADE but still worth it for convenience

The hotel itself was great, only issue we had was that our room door latch was not working, and our bathroom door wouldn't shut unless it was slammed with force. Front desk said they would send maintenance up to look at the faulty door latch, but if they did, nothing came of it. Other than that our stay was pleasant. The area around the hotel is definitely dodgy - there's a homeless shelter just around the corner, and we witnessed drug dealing and junkies right outside the hotel gates. One guy (very clearly out of it) even walked into the hotel grounds to ask guests who were smoking outside for money, though security was quick to escort him out. Even though my partner and I come from a place where this is the norm, we would not choose to stay in the area again unless absolutely necessary.

Quiet but close to airport with well scheduled shuttle to the airport
