El personal super amable, el restauran OhBio..ahi en el hotel esta muy rico y precios muy baratos. Todo limpio PERO las habitaciones..sumamente viejas. Deberian de invertir en la remodelacion por lo menos en un piso y asi sucesivamente. Yo pedi cambio de habitacion y me dieron la mas nueva y la vdd...yo feliz!! Regresaria a esa misma habitacion..de ahi en fuera a ninguna. Yo vi dos ifual de viejitas...nose si habia algunas mas remodeladas.

Me gusto la hubicacion del hotel pero lo que no me gusto fue la habitacion que me dieron puesto a que no fue la habitacion que contrate y no quisieron cambiarmela ademas el clima no servia

De vacaciones en zihuatanejo

Exelente todo muy bien nadamas el estacionamiento está un poco pequeño los carros no cabían todo lo demás exelente

Great location,but do need some improvement！

First,what I booked was the penthouse, but when I arrived, the front desk told me it was not available. Later they explained because the credit system of Expedia did go into the hotels. The staff tried so hard to show me around to find a satisfying alternative. Even though a little bit disappointed, I could live up with the room the suggested. Second, the hot water could really be a issue, only in a certain time in the morning, I could use the hot water, the rest of the day, there was only water.

Good location but poor Hotel

The town is great and that is why this hotel was selected. It is in the heart of it all. The hotel is in need of upgrading and a good scrubbing. The pool area toilets were so bad it made me sick to go in them and I had to go to the desk for help. They did nothing.

hotel bonito y comodo

hotel que es muy céntrico tanto de los servicios como de la playa, con mucha tranquilidad y el servicio pronto y amable, con un ambiente familiar.

Hotel agradable, en buena zona, centrica y accesib

Excelente atención y seguro. El hotel hotel está ubicado en un zona muy turistica, cerca de restaurantes, de la playa del pueblo, de noche hay mucha vida, con muchos negocios de artesanias abiertos. Ahora mismo el hotel se encuentra en remodelación lo que hace que se vea un poco sucio y desordenado pero la atención es tan buena que eso se puede obviar. La piscina está bastante limpia. Lo que no me gusto fueron las palomas (las aves) que se la pasan sobre volando la zona de la piscina y dejan caer sus heces al agua y a los alrededores...

hotel desagradable cerca de la playa

es un engaño . no me querian degar entrar por que no llevaba la hoja de internet donde dice que hice una reservacion, te dicen, agale como quiera hay mas hoteles, por que prefieren no dar habitaciones de promocion para cobrarlas mas caras. y tienen fotos maravillosas pero cuando entras todo es en miniatura, nose degen engañar, que varvaros.

un deseo hecho realidad

Muy bien a pesar q fue de ultimo momento la reservacion devido a que no hubo boletos de autobus para regresar a mi destino en la fecha deseada, pero mi esposa encantada de q asi fuera
