Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.

The location is great and the room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable after a long trip. Parking in the area is extremely difficult, Our water heater was not running when we checked in and had to wait for a warm shower, other than that everything was fine. We were fortunate to be on the first level, because there is no elevator.

The air conditioning didn't work well. You had to climb up into a high tub to shower. You have to drive into a one way gated area to reach the lobby and drop off luggage, and then you can drive to a parking garage several blocks away to park.
