"I travel with my partner. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. It's right in the middle of La Punta and Playa Zicatela 15min walk to everything. We love our stay at casa Arkana."

"The hotel is beautiful, just keep in mind that there is no elevator. I can't remember if I saw that it didn't have an elevator, but you can request to be on the first floor if there are any available rooms. I didn't see this option, so our room was like at the third floor I believe. It was hard to having to go downstairs and the upstairs a lot of times, but we got our daily exercise lol. Other than that, the facility is very pretty. There is a lot of green areas, the pool is nice but I recommend to go when the sun is not very intense. The food was awesome, the staff were friendly, and they can also find you a taxi at the front desk which I found very helpful. There's also a guy in the reception that offers activities at an affordable price. The location is good, not the best but it can be close to a lot of things."

"Perfect hotel for a low key stay in Puerto Escondido; literally steps from the beach. We loved being close to the market, as well. Great pools, clean and comfortable room, hotel staff was helpful. Everything was exactly as pictured. We had an excellent stay."
