"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."
"Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us."
"We were so grateful for the front desk service, they took extra miles to help us through WeChat communication.
All the staff were very helpful in this hotel!
We had a great time in Harbin.
Thank you so much to everyone!!!"
"The property is a little bit outside of the city, but honestly, that was part of the charm! The owners are very kind and accommodating. Even though my party did not speak the best Chinese, we were checked into comfortable and clean rooms. We loved our stay there and it is foreigner approved!"

"Hotel staff was very helpful in organising our activities. We needed to purchase additional suitcases and they even guided us through an online purchase which was in Mandarin.
Breakfast selection was brilliant.
Perfect location."
