"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay great. Especially Jennifer Zhang and Mandy Wang. The way they helped me I assumed they were managers. But, found out they are not, but they sure should be. "

There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
