"We were there for only one night. The AC was struggeling and there were ants in the room. The shower didn’t feel safe and parking was not easy. A microwave could be usefull in the room. However, Managers are friendly and they provide a binder in the room that tell you everything you need to know and more! "

"We received the check-in instruction the day before, everything went smoothly. Parking right beside of the apartment gate, very useful to have the apartment on the ground floor for luggage. Apartment looked new, kitchen has no oven or microwave or dishwasher or washing machine, but well equipped to cook small meals. It is like 2km from the town center or less than 10min drive. Neighbourhood feel safe. "

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully furnished balcony that opens up to a quiet residential neighborhood dotted with trees and red clay roofs. Excellent wifi strength and range. "Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"Superbly modernised boutique hotel in a historic building in the old town of Ljubljana. Location is perfect for all bars, restaurants and places of interest. Staff are very warm and friendly, speak great English and are efficient and helpful. All areas are spotless. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of fresh and good quality food - pastries, cakes, breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold meat and cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, teas, coffees and juices. Beds are comfortable and so is the temperature inside the building (many places in Slovenia were uncomfortably hot). Room contains a free safe. Shower is large and powerful. Mini bar fridge is the usual. The only minor issue is that there is limited hanging space for clothes. Highly recommended."
