"Clean room and great service! The staff was incredibly helpful—our reservation mentioned a king bed with a pull-out couch, but the hotel didn’t have that available. They quickly worked with us to find a solution, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was actually hot (which isn’t always the case!), and we had a great, relaxing weekend overall."
