"The 1st room they gave us we couldn’t get the door open (and neither could they) except with the master key. The 2nd room they gave us looked good at first and the beds were ok and clean BUT!!! The floor hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows when. The shower didn’t work at all and there was NO WAY I ..."
