Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. Clean rooms but staff member entered room in the middle of the night, highly unprofessional. No compensation offered other than water or juice. Disappointed at the service, but the rooms themselves are decent.
