"I booked the reservation because location was great. It looked nice and photos when I arrived there was no one at the receptionist because they donāt work after 10 PM so if your flight is delayed, you will be screwed. However, the restaurant downstairs is open and I think they saw when we walked in and 20 minutes later they came to open the door, which was great. Also, they left a note on the desk, but I did not know that as a person arriving I shouldāve been text on WhatsApp or sent an email that thereās a note about my room number and my keys sitting there. Thereās no one there. The receptionist is very sweet. The hotel is clean. I didnāt like my room view because we were facing just bushes and trees and it did smell a little bad like fish could be from the restaurant downstairs, which is part of the hotel as well. Room spacious location is amazing. The food is affordable. Thereās no coffee in the room which I think itās a no dealbreaker for me. I like to have my coffee every day. I have to leave my room to go downstairs to find coffee airport was an hour and 15 minutes away drive the people are sweet. Everyone is nice. I didnāt have a bad experience with the hotel just a few things I listed here that I expected because Iāve been a world traveler for many years and I travel with two children who are teenagers. Coffee in room Is impt."

"Very nice property, our villa was huge and had a washing machine and full kitchen. Great breakfast. Beach is rocks not sand with limited lounge chairs and no service for drinks or anything. Water taxi to old town was great, free service with good hours. Spa was awful - donāt waste time there."

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff, addressed all our inquiries quickly and to our full satisfaction! The room was beautiful too, the only issue I had during our 7 day stay was with the gym - the air conditioning wasnāt working and it was 27 C there. Overall highly recommend, one of the best hotels Iāve ever been to!!!"

"Excellent location close to the Old Town. Relatively quiet, away from the beach restaurant row further up the bay. Sea View room was very good ( although better described as Tree View since they obscure most of the view). Breakfast was decent, Hemingwayās bar was goods for food and cocktails"

"This is a lovely family run accommodation. They work so hard and tirelessly to ensure your stay is restful and without issues. We got on very well with the owners and they helped us with many things and gave us lots of advice on things to do locally. It is refreshing to see owners who care about their guests and they are always on hand to help in any way they can. An example of this was on our last day, one of the owners followed us to the bus station because they thought we had left something behind. Most people would ignore this but they went out of their way to see if it belonged to us. It did not actually belong to us but we appreciated their kindness and honesty. We will definitely visit Ulcinj again and would be delighted to stay at the Aqua Lounge. Swimming was clean and breakfast was homemade and felt like a lot of love went into it every morning."
