"We spent six nights at the hotel while visiting Pittsburgh. The location was excellent for us. We were directly across the street from the ballpark. We went one afternoon to watch the Pirate game. It's walkable to so many points of interest in Pittsburgh and restaurants and bars. . The breakfast varied every morning. Everyone that worked in the restaurant for breakfast were so friendly and helpful. Each day they cook something different. That was great since we stayed for nearly a week. We looked forward to seeing them every morning. The staff that took care of our room or also Amazing. Could not have asked for nicer employees to be sure we had everything in our room for our stay each day.
On the downside… There was no air-conditioning in the hotel lobby or in the dining area. We were there during a heat wave so that made getting breakfast a little uncomfortable. But believe me, the kitchen staff made up for it. Also, my husband is disabled. It was very difficult if not impossible to get a disabled Parking Spot. In fact, over the weekend there was a Pirate game each day. People were parking in the parking lot and in the handicap spots without being hotel guests or having a handicap plate or placard. There was no security in the parking area to regulate this problem. All in all it was a great stay and we would probably stay there again in the future."
