"Do not even hesitate to stay at the Warwick Grand Place in Brussels, Belgium. It is an absolutely beautiful place. Excellent location...Walking distance from so many things...fantastic, yummy breakfast...and the hotel is in the heart of the City... the staff members were ALL amazing....ove our days of stay, we probably talked to ten people on staff....they were so nice, helpful, engaging...the sauna and fitness rooms are amazing.... the room was perfect! When you go for a short walk outsid, just wait until you see what we saw and were in awe. You'll know what I mean when you see it. A great price, place, and location. Book it!"

"We had a wonderful stay overall, and the location was truly fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's main landmarks, the central train station, and countless restaurants and cafés, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The only drawbacks were that the room felt quite small, and it would have been nice to have some additional amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle. We also found that the soundproofing could be improved. During our stay, someone knocked on our door twice because of noise complaints about our 4-year-old son. He was simply playing in the room and behaving like a typical young child, so it seemed that normal family noise was carrying more than expected between rooms. That said, the great location and overall positive experience made for an enjoyable stay"

"I stayed here again after a wonderful experience last year and it was nice and the staff was kind as always. My only issue this time around was the noise with the construction happening on the property making it next to unbearable to take a nap after walking around the city. But getting a different room was so easy as the girl in the front made the process seamless and easy and she was understanding when I explained this to her, I really appreciated that especially with so many people coming left and right she was very intentional in her interaction with me and just demonstrated exceptional customer service. The only negative experience I had staff-wise was a member of the housekeeping staff who kept knocking at our door for us to get out of the room and he kept coming back until I found a way to tell him that we had a late check out, the misunderstanding and him coming back and forth was I guess due to the language barrier as he said he was from Afghanistan and spoke no English or French. Normally I would look past that but he was just extremely rude even after I explained everything to him. I don’t know how they manage these things but I hope there’s a system in place letting staff know who has late check out and ensuring they can communicate with clients because it was a let down after such a great overall experience. Nonetheless I appreciate the staff here for being so welcoming and ensuring our stay was comfortable!"

"Great location, lots of restaurant options and about a 5 min walk to the Grand Place. Only issues were I had to get my room key reprogrammed daily, create an account for the wifi and I was on the 1st floor facing a very noisy and busy street."
