"It was a great stay"

"Hotel is basic but largely what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Except the room was baking hot despite heating being off, windows and outside temperature being 1 degrees. Either Expedia, the hotel or myself messed up the booking, I wanted a twin room I got a double. I asked if I could change to which the receiptionist got very stroppy, I didnt demand I only asked. I checked after and they didnt have twins but did have a triple, I would have happily paid but as you can imagine I didnt want to deal with the recieptionist again, we decided to stay in a different hotel."

"Our initial room smelt a bit so the receptionist upgraded our room to a room with the garden. It was very comfortable, clean, spacious. I’d definitely come just to stay here again. "
