"The bedding was out of this world. I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a hotel that had nicer bedding, believe it or not. The staff was helpful and the complementary breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. I will stay again."

"My room did not have a working fridge, microwave, or TV. No iron or ironing board either. The shower needs serious updating. Truly one of the worst experiences of all of my travels. The staff was friendly and helped when they could. They gave me a $26 refund towards the stay. But I am still scarred by the thought of that room. "

"We had. booked for 2 nights, but when we entered the room, we were hit with an unpleasant smell. The fixtures, carpet and furnishings were old. We called the front desk and asked them to cancel the second night, which they kindly said they would and even verified it when checking out. Two weeks later we received our CC statement and found we were charged for both nights. We had gone through a third party to book and they tried to get confirmation of the cancellation so they could facilitate the refund, but the motel refused. Poor, poor quality at the "Quality Inn""
