However, the air conditioning wouldn't stop once the set temperature was reached, making the room very cold, and the shower water wasn't hot. The room also only had glass doors and no windows. Keeping the curtains open meant no privacy, while closing them made the room feel dark and enclosed. The pool didn’t look as it shows in the photos."

They were super apologetic that they could let us into our room, but no power. It was only half an hour so we just waited by the pool.
