"We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is clean, but its best days are behind it. Access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The navigation system directs you to the parking lot of a neighboring hotel. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room are poor. The cooling is regulated to 22 degrees Celsius . I had to sleep with the window open and put up with street noise."

"I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! As were the chamber maid ladies. This hotel is a total pleasure to stay in. R. Villagrasa"
