I had a great time meeting Shirin at the front desk, and she was sweet, professional and well spoken. The room is perfect with fine details, but the core of the experience is the staff that works there. From Suzy in housekeeping, to the concierge and the security staff. Every moment was sublime. Please come and enjoy this beautiful place when you are in Guadalajara."

"The staff was excellent. Overall quality and beauty of the property was outstanding. Room cleanliness was good. But a lot of long hairs (not ours) in the bathtub. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But unfortunately the pool was closed for months of renovation. We were not advised of this prior to booking. That was disappointing and we sould not have chosen this hotel for the reason. "
