We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. "

"The hotel closes at 8pm. No staff are onsite after that. You are supposed to receive a text with instructions to a lock box. I arrived 7.45pm. Staff had gone home early and the manager "forgot" to text me the lock box code. Manager did not answer the emergency phone, Expedia tried to contact the hotel, no answer to their team either. Fortunately another couple arrived and I gained admittance. A quick survey of reception I located my check in details and a room key. If arriving after 8pm I would give this hotel a miss. There is an abundance of hotels in the area"
