Zona tranquilla appena fuori dalla zona dei ristoranti e servizi, parcheggio ok, piscina ok, per l'appartamento che era al piano terra, risultava avere un umidità eccessiva, zanzariere della Camera da letto e della zona cottura assenti, materasso scomodo, lunghe attese per l'arrivo dell'acqua calda, rubinetto del lavandino cucina da fissare, all'arrivo nella struttura non è presente nessun personale, ho chiamato ai numeri indicati per capire quale era l'appartamento assegnato, la signorina è stata molto disponibile e veloce, al piano terra il WiFi è molto debole e molto lento.

Το "ξενοδοχείο" φάντασμα δεν το είδαμε ποτέ γιατί η υπεύθυνη παρόλο που είχαμε κάνει κράτηση μας έστειλε αλλού και δεν δέχτηκε ούτε καν να δούμε το δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει ισχυριζομενη "βλάβη".(ετσι λέγεται η διπλό κράτηση). Δεν είδαμε ποτέ ούτε το ξενοδοχείο ούτε το δωμάτιο ούτε την "υπεύθυνη" φυσικά. Για χρήματα πίσω ούτε λόγος φυσικά. Και όταν ρωτήσαμε ποιος είναι ο ιδιοκτήτης του ξενοδοχείου μας απάντησε ειρωνικά να ψάξουμε να τον βρούμε... Ελπίζω να κλείσει αυτό το παραμαγαζο που αποκαλούν επιχείρηση. Απλά απατεωνες τίποτα άλλο

Great holiday. Loved it. 03.08.19.

We stayed in Athinais apartment for 10 nights. We were collected by taxi from the airport which was organised by the apartment team which costs €25 each way. On arrival there was a little mix up with the rooms which was swiftly sorted out and within 15 mins we were in the correct room. The apartment was really nice however it was lacking in the finishing touches. A couple of lightbulbs weren’t working and there wasn’t any toilet roll or toiletries. The apartment was pretty clean and tidy however the fridge needed a bit of a wipe. All in all we were very happy with the apartment as it was still really nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend and cooled the room really quickly which was lovely. Great views from the balcony too. There was a really nice couple who ran the place who got us anything we needed and told us about places to go and see. They were not there all the time though so don’t expect to be waited on all the time. That also means access to the poolside bar is very limited so get some beers in from the shops and bring them back to the apartments. There are signs that say you can’t bring anything round the pool that you didn’t buy from the bar but if there’s no one there then what can you do! Cleaners came every other day which was perfect. Remember these are apartments not a hotel so you will have your own space which suited us perfectly. P.S. A couple checked into the ground floor apartment and hated it. Be aware. P.P.S. The WiFi was Pants.

Not recommended.

Stayed with my family for 5 days. The safety deposit box was locked because they lost the keys. It took them 2 days to send me another one, the one they send me was not bolted to the wall and I couldn’t even open it. They gave it to me with instructions, 4 double AA batteries and keys but unfortunately we couldn’t open it. Even if we managed to open it I would t trust it because someone could easily walk out with it since it’s not bolted to anything. The towels were wet and dirty when we arrived. I called someone in charge and they changed them for us by the time we returned. They had no toiletries. We asked for some but they only made it to our room 2 days later, even though I spoke to someone who said she would leave them by the doorstep. The shower area in the superior suite was extremely slippery, messy and dangerous. It’s all with no wall to stop the water from e it if the bathroom. I had to leave towels next to the drain to prevent the water from flowing into the hallway. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily bases but the towels were changed. If you decide to stay here you will need to bring your own toiletries, hand soap and cleaning products to clean the appartment. Don’t expect room service. The wifi is really weak. I didn’t even know what the password was, I had to ask another guest. The pool area seems clean but we didn’t use it. There’s a full pool bar service but no one there to serve you lol Overall, I was disappointed with my stay there.
