"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

"We had a great time, here. We didn't use the extra facilities (spa, massage...) but played bowling. :-) Breakfast had many options and choices."
