Highly recommended

Excellent hotel in great location. Beautiful interior.

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. The breakfast is a feast of everything you could possibly imagine - choice and quality. The hotel itself has a very relaxed, welcoming feel with a traditional yet luxurious decor. The staff are attentive and always happy to help. The swimming pool and spa...

Staff very helpful and any problems sorted quickly. Would highly recommend. Safe and secure parking (free). Short (5 minute) walk to centre.

Nice purpose built hotel. 10mins from main train station

Hotel was lovely, staff too, the parking was excellent, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room all amazing. The only negative I could find was that the hotel was located a good 20 minutes walk from the center of Zakopane.

Excellent place to stay with family, lots to do in the hotel (swimming pool, sauna, bicycles) easy access to the town, really nice atmosphere in the hotel and restaurants and both of them worth to recommend. We're looking forward to come back again :)

Fantastic location and staff super helpful and friendly

Very welcoming and helpful staff all around. Shame the property is outdated, yet clean.

Beautiful building, gorgeous wooden structure of the building, lots of areas to relax. Really enjoyed sauna and steam room after long hikes. It was so convenient for recovery. I really enjoyed complementary yoga class and a hike with a very experienced and knowledgeable tour guide Pietr, we hiked from the hotel as it’s in perfect location for the start of many hikes. There are plenty of things for kids to do in the hotel, but if you did not come with kids and want some quiet, it’s really easy...

Very friendly people, the best service ever, home atmosphere

A nice hotel in a great location with easy access to the main street and the walking trails. A good selection for breakfast and a great lunch packet if you are leaving early and will miss breakfast. The pool and hot tub were lovely and no one else was there when we were using them. The free entry to the thermal baths was a bonus. The great pub/restaurant next door was an added bonus. Overall a lovely stay.

Great hotel close to climbing area

We were a group of 7 staying in 4 rooms bed and breakfast for 3 nights. We all rated facilities and service highly. Hotel is welcoming and professional. Ideal location for us as a group on short stay, near town centre and beautiful mountain walks.

The property was amazing! Everything is new and fresh!
