Prior to arrival in the evening we had no email with information to get access from hotels.com even though we had told them our expected arrival time. By calling the owner directly they provided the information directly. The next day we received the email with entry details from Hotel.com. We had problems with wifi but owners sorted it out. Bedding was old and pilled and towels very rough. Also kitchen was rather poorly stocked as if it had not been checked after previous guests. Room was spacious even if basic. A Good central location.

Overall property is OK. A few minor issues: we didn’t receive the check-in instructions ahead of time and had to call the owner the morning of arrival, to get it. When we arrived the room had a noticeable smoking smell, although the room is listed as non smoking. We had to open windows and run the fan the first day until the smell got reduced, but didn’t go away completely. Also the light in the shower was out. Also being in the center of town the area is kind of noisy. The first night the loud music and singing on the main square continued well after 1 am. Other than that the apartment is fine, clean, relatively spacious and easy walk everywhere. I would give it 4 stars.

建物の入口の鍵が古くて開け難く、度々苦労した。しかし部屋の中はとても新しく清潔で驚いた。 (夜中まで騒々しいが)街は目の前だし、出掛けるのに大変便利。 オーナーの方は明るく迎えてくれた。ザブレグに初めて訪れたが、本当に良い思い出になった。ありがとうございました。
