Had a lovely stay. Beach 10 mins walk and dining option close by. Burger van outside very good and great prices. Air con good and nice balcony..plenty of room Cooking options in the room limited...just a kettle and 2 hobs . Overall would definitely recommend

Very poor

Booked in late at night. Room was very small to stay for a week. There was a very pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Due to time of night we stayed. Next morning we reported the issue as the smell was still lingering. The receptionist was lovely and very understanding however they couldn’t give us another room due to no availability. We were able to get a refund and seek alternative accommodation. The room was dated, and requires attention. Throughout our stay in Zadar we met other residents of Villa Irena who had same experiences but they didn’t get to move. This is not 3 star, it’s basic and unsanitary. There are much better places to stay nearby.

Utrolig god service og placering. Værelset indeholdt det som det skulle i god stand. Men der var simpelhen en så forfærdelig ringe stank. Formodes at komme fra madlavning fra tidligere beboer. Det var slet ikke til at komme af med i de dage vi borde der. Det var for ringe at få det værelse med den lugt. Det skyggede for alt andet

Die Unterkunft befindet sich seh nah vom Strand (5min) und es gibt in der Nähe Supermärkte und auch Bushaltestellen. Es gibt vor dem Gebäude genügend Parkmöglichkeiten und eine Apotheke ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Das Personal ist an sich nett und man erhält tagsüber Auskunft bei vielen Fragen des täglichen Lebens. Jedoch gab es in unserer Zeit des Urlaubes sehr laute Nachbarn, welche bis tief in die Nacht ausgiebige Parties veranstalteten. Die Unterkunftsverwaltung hat nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden keine Besserung erreichen können, sodass an 6 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen keine erholsamen Nächte gewährleistet weden konnten. Der Urlaub war somit komplett ruiniert und wir sind mit einem sehr schlechten Eindruck vom Hotel zurückgekehrt. Die angrenzende Kreuzung ist den gesamten Tag sehr laut und selbst geschlossene Fenster und Balkontüren konnten nicht genug Ruhe bieten. Im Allgemeinen nur bedingt erfehlenswert!

Ich war bereits das zweite Mal dieses Jahr in dieser Unterkunft. Es ist immer wieder schön dort. Es ist ruhig, der Balkon ist von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend und die Küche enthält alles, was man so benötigt. Der Service an der Rezeption war wie immer top und die Dame sehr zuvorkommend. So konnte ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt bereits 4 Stunden eher in mein Appartement. Man hat sich sehr um einen Roller zur Miete für mich bemüht und stand mir auch sonst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das wird nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein.

Perfekt ställe att mellanlanda när du flyger in sent i Zadar. Väldigt rent och prydligt. Personalen var på tå att hjälpa till med nycklar och information trots att vi kom sent. Vi är helnöjda!
