The parking to facility not easy to find and you have to carry some luggage for few blocks. The rooms on 3rd floor, no lift. The manager Inga is excellent.

The apartment was super nice…enjoyed the bath tub after a long day or walking, and the location was very close to everything. Minibar was complementary too which was a nice surprise. Would stay again.

Ingá was a very pleasant hostess. She messaged before we arrived and greeted us on arrival. Don’t let the exterior of the building turn you off, the room was clean and lovely decorated. There is no elevator in the building and our room is located on the second floor, which was not an issue for us, but can be for others. There is paid public parking a few blocks away. Overall we enjoyed our stay which was in a great location in Old Town Zadar, close to many attractions and restaurants.

Pleasant, Friendly & Clean
This property is in the heart of Zadar, easy to walk out and explore the city right away with restaurants and cafes all around. Inga was a phenomenal hostess, she made sure that all the boxes were checked and even took care of me with medicine while I was dealing with some back pain. I would recommend this stay for everyone who wants to have a personal & enjoyable experience downtown!

Beware of Taxi Drivers at airport they want €80 (should be 25-30€ max). Great place and location. However, a lot of stairs and cleaning not included.

The property is in the middle of the old town. Everything was within walking distance. The people were all very nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but next time we will definitely stay longer.

Living like a local inside Zadar’s walls
Beautifully renovated apartment up several flights of stairs (no lift) in an old building in a fantastic location within the walls of the lovely old city of Zadar. Real care and attention has gone into making this a lovely base for exploring the town. Elena and her housekeeper could not have been more friendly or more helpful to us. We arrived early and left late but were able to arrange to leave our baggage there. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Try La Famiglia down stairs for breakfast and Bruschetta for dinner

Lovely room & location
The room as very well appointed and the decoration was super. There was a bowl of fruit, granola for the morning, milk, water, cream, coffee, and even some snacks. The bathroom is modern and was very clean. Overall, we loved this place and would stay again. Some things to be aware of however: 1. there is no parking close by. We were lucky to find public parking about 700 meters; it's harder to find spaces before 4pm 2. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator

Good choice for Old Town
Not quite as described on hotels.com (no bathtub, Netflix or ipod stand in our room) but nevertheless it was very comfortable, no expense spared on the decor and there were some nice extras eg everything in the minibar was included. Elena met us at the bus stop and guided us to the room (wouldn't have found it otherwise, so big plus) and the location in the Old Town couldn't be better. Note the 3 rooms are on the second floor, no lift, so not a suitable choice if you can't handle the stairs.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Provided us with cereals drinks snacks and fruit every day at no extra cost. Eva was very good and gave us lots of tips and information that helped us enjoy our week more. The only downside is that there is no lift .

Dear Sir, we are sorry to hear you had a horrible stay. One of the best things regarding Luxury Rooms Kadena is its location. As you now know we are located in the heart of the city center that is 2000 years old, just off the main street and surrounded by cultural heritage, best bars, restaurants and shops in town, for this reason accommodation in this part of the town is among the most expensive ones. Why would anyone book a room in the city center on a Saturday night in the middle of July to go to sleep at 9 pm is something we will not comment. As well we have checked with the restaurant nearby that had the live concert and they have music until midnight and close at 1 am. I am sorry you did not mention how our employee came at 10 o'clock in the morning on a rainy Saturday ( 5 hours before her work time and official check in) to let you in so you can leave your things, arranged your room to be cleaned first therefor ready as soon as possible and gave you detailed instructions for the parking, where to eat, what to do etc. Nevertheless we wish you all the best! When we arrived we had to wait until 15:00 to access the room. Check out time was 10:00 AM and we felt that was unreasonably early, especially in light of the check in time given to us of 13:00. We asked for a later check out time and were told absolutely no because the new guests were checking in early. Iva said she tried to contact us 4 times but we were on a small cruise ship and didn’t always have wifi.

Dear Wendy, it is clearly stated that our check in is from 15:00 and that check out is at 10:00. You notified us about the time of your early arrival less than 24 hours before and we told you that you can leave your things ( which you did) and that a host will come a bit earlier than 15:00 to check you in ( which she did). We don't have to let anyone in before 15:00 or let anyone stay later than 10:00 but we are always happy to do it if possible. Since you got in touch quite late all the arrivals, cleaning ladies and maintenance work was set up and we did for you what we could. You asked to stay until noon in your room when checking out and this was not possible since guests arriving that day kindly requested early check in, 1 month before their arrival as they were arriving with a small baby. Their early check in was approved when requested and they also left their things and waited until their room was ready. We value our guests and it is very important for us to keep our promises and agreements. We tried to do for you everything we could (keeping your bags, arranging a taxi to the airport etc.) as well as explain everything but you just seem not to care about anyone but yourself so there is nothing really what we can do or explain at this point. Good location with lots of steps
45 steps up to room as rooms are located above businesses. Very hard to get yourself and your luggage up and down the stairs. Wi-Fi not good. Lady who meets you to give you key to your room is very nice. She explains about the area and gave us good recommendation for dinner. Information about room says there are robes which we did not have. Also, previous reviews mention wine and cake treats. Just to clarify, , we had two bottled water, 2 apples, 1 banana, 2 wafers, and a container of granola. I did not like not having reception area.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Luxury Rooms Kadena! Perfect location, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the self-serve cereal and snacks...what a nice touch. Extremely easy check in and check out with super friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Zadar!

The luxury suite was extremely nice. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice, modern bathroom– which we sometimes had difficulty with in other cities in Croatia. There was a beautiful bathtub in the room and a modern, high-pressure shower in the bathroom. I would love to stay here again if I return to Croatia!

Beautiful apartments in the centre of the old town
Beautiful apartments in the centre of the old town. Spacious, clean and well presented. Our apartment had been done up a year ago and felt like it was still new. It had nice touches everywhere like all the towels had the rooms name on it. The mini bar was included in the price of the stay which was a nice little surprise. It was restocked daily too. Our hostess was very knowledgeable of the local area and recommended several must do/see.

Great place to stay in Zadar!
Lovely decorated, clean and spacious room that is in a close, walkable location to all you would want to see in Zadar. Kadena has only three rooms, but in a very safe and secure building where there are other private apartments. The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others!

This Hotel is located in the pedestrian only zone. if you’re arrive by car google maps will put you in a parking area only two blocks away. The room is very well appointed and your refrigerator is stocked with complimentary breakfast items. You are greeted by a pleasant and knowledgeable hostess. The only downside to this place is it is a two story walk up to the room we stayed in and some of the rooms are on a higher floor

Luxury Rooms Kadena consists of only 3 rooms located on a higher second floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator and at the moment there is nothing we can do about it. This has to be the best hotel in Zadar! Location, service, room, everything is superb. Iva is he host and she is very nice and tentative, very quick response, give you all the info you need to know about Zadar. Location is right in the central of old town. The room is so clean and modern and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar.

Great stay
Beautiful room and very comfortable. Iva our host was brilliant and extremely helpful. Room had a huge bath and great shower/bathroom. Also had complimentary mini bar. Great place to stay as is right in the Centre of old town. Overall great stay and would 100% recommend and will definitely stay again when we return to Zadar.
