Sat night. The apt was very comfortable and clean. The location is definitely the best in the heart of the old town and short walks to everything and to the sea organ. The apt is also above restaurants & bars which was the only downside. I couldn’t fall asleep until around 3a the first night, and in the second night I just couldn’t sleep at all and I had to take sleep aids to help fall asleep. And let’s be fair that I’ve read reviews prior booking and the noise has been mantioned. Growing up from the city I thought I could handle the noise. The place was excellent and the owners were also wonderful but I didn’t get any good rest.

Beautiful apartment - well equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Excellent service from the owners with lovely touches like complimentary toiletries, coffee, milk, watef and juice. Location is perfect for bars, restaurants and Old Town attractions. Transport organised for airport pick ul too. Could not ask for better and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Wonderful Accommodations in "Old" Zadar.

This brand new little studio was perfect for my husband and me. Beautiful, clean design, luxurious bathroom (shower in particular!), and VERY comfortable bed. Nice, big TV on flexible wall mount, we were able to access Netflix for some English-language programming, The little kitchenette met all of our needs for a week-long stay. Although the Apartment is situated over some bars with a university crowd, we did not experience any noise issues, particularly with windows shut. Therefore, having the air conditioning was also helpful. Antonia and her husband are very responsive and conscientious operators of their lovely little haven. Thank you so much!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dazu war die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist die Lage am Rande der Altstadt perfekt. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lautstärke der Bars direkt unter dem Fenster (zumindest bei unserem Appartment) bis spät in die Nacht hinein und die Hellhörigkeit auf dem Flur. Beides ist für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf eher schwierig zur Erholung.

Comfortable and clean

Newly renovated, very clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed, great location, fantastic service. Only negatives were that there is a cafe/bar directly below which stays open late so it's a little noisy and also you can't open the windows for fresh air because of all the cigarette smoke from the cafe/bar.

Apartamento lindo, moderno, confortável, muito bem equipado, sensação de estar em casa. Todavia, tivemos problema com o aquecimento da água do banho, pois esfria rapidamente (talvez seja necessário dar instruções quanto à funcionalidade do aquecedor). Staffs extremamentes gentis (Antonya e Jonh) e preocupados em bem recepcionar seus hóspedes. Amamos tudo e super recomendamos.

Beautiful and super spacious apartment, with Kitchenette fully equipped. Location is the best, in the middle of everything. A lot of restaurants and bars walking distance and also the touristic sights. Definitely exceeded my expectations. This apartment is highly recommended. In love with the apartment’s decoration.

Très belle chambre très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Nous avons eu un gros pépin et grâce à Antonia et à son conjoint qui nous ont beaucoup aidé et dépanné. Sans eux nous aurions été mal pris. Des gens au grand coeur. Nous leur donnons la note la plus élevée autant pour le service la propreté. Un gros merci à tous les deux.

Everything was perfect

Really nice and cosy apartment in the middle of the beautiful old town of Zadar. The flat is brand new and well-equipped with everything you need (even milk, coffee, water). We stayed there with our little baby and enjoyed being so central. The host was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I arrived early and had only data, luckily a shop owner helped me call the apartment owner, so I could get in the room then. The apartment was perfect, the only problem was the noise from the pubs/clubs downstairs. I had no idea about that until 9pm. The noise kept me awake till 3ish. Not sure if it only happens during the weekends tho.

Extremely nice apartment with excellent facilities and furnishings. Owners were very helpful. Only downside is situation too close to local bars for an early night due to some noise getting though the double glazing, but great if those are the bars you want to hang out in.

Our stay at Luxurious Suites Elegance was amazing! Our hosts were a lovely couple who made sure our stay was wonderful. The apartment rooms are beautiful and luxurious as stated in the name. It's a great location, walking distances to everything,restaurants, attractions and night life is literally at the bottom of you. They offered complimentary coffee, tea, milk, orange juice and water. I thought it was a considerate gesture of their part. I highly recommend booking with Antonia and John the hosts, they are wonderful welcoming people!

Lovely brand new mini apartment. Very clean, (everything was new) modern and comfortable. Linens were nice and coffee, tea, milk and juice were there in the kitchen. Host was very accommodating. Great location near the wharf in old town. The only drawback was not knowing that it was right above a busy club with music each night. Ear plugs worked.

Luxurious Stay at Zadar Old Town

I felt so lucky and happy to find two separate apartments at same address for two couples in Zadar old town. Moreover, 100 m further was a parking place at the city walls in the shade . On top of all that both apartments are brand new by design, furniture and equipment. There is Zadar university/highschool area and a lot of students, music and cafeterias one can enjoy by joining or watching events through opened window of the suites. Those who wouldn't like to feel young in such combined ancient/youth environment can close windows and watch last generation TV entertainment in airconditioned rooms.

리모델링한곳이라 모든비품과 시설이 새것입니다. 친절한 주인과 엘레베이터이용되고요.zadar old city는 언덕이 아닌 평지이고 입구쪽 아파트라 위치도 좋아요. 아래에 카페와레스토랑이있어 문열면 소음이있지만 에어컨켜고 문닫으면 됩니다. 좋은가격에 이용하였어요~
