"Very friendly people. I had very little time for laundry and they did it in a couple of hours. Wonderful service. It is one of the oldest hotels so it’s a little out dated but still in very good conditions. No restaurant but their bar food is great and continental breakfast is also good and lots of food. Coffee is made at the moment you order it is fresh and delicious. Rooms are very spacious and very Saudi decor. "

"I did not end up staying at the hotel. Even though I had the confirmation print out with my confirmation number, the clerk insisted I had no reservations. He demonstrated no interest in resolving the issue and said they had no rooms available, even though your website showed three rooms still available. Hotel.com was unable to resolve the issue as the system was down. I was forced to book at another hotel, however, was still charged for two rooms at this hotel. The clerk attitude suggested...
