there was no parking and no air conditioning. We were 3 people in a room and they gave us just one key which provided elevator access as well as our room access. When one person was already in the room the other two could not access the elevator to get to the room. Very inconvenient.

Mauvaise experience est-ce accidentel ?

Habitué à cet etablissement depuis 3 ans celui avait jusqu'à ce jour offert de bonnes prestations et pour lequel j avais usage de réserver mes meilleurs avis. Extrêmement déçu sur ce dernier séjour : Réservation lit double = Chambre avec 2 lits simples accolés..... Literie epouvantable.(un des lits testés un peu moins pire que l'autre...) Eclairage salle de bain en mode "tunnel" Petit déjeuner en autonomie complète (Le service de qualité a disparu au profit d'un petit déjeuner type "Formule1" en moins propre. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées (obligé de faire le ménage sur une table déjà utilisée...) choix beaucoup plus limité. Le tarif semble avoir augmenté récemment en échange d'un service moindre..... A voir si c'est une nouvelle tendance et stratégie de l'établissement ou un accident de parcours.

Hôtel de bon rapport qualité prix.(couchage) Petit déjeuner cher pour la qualité proposée Problème de wifi (non sécurisé et ne fonctionnant pas) Dommage que la restauration le soir n'offre pas grand choix à l'hôtel et que les possibiltes dans la ville ne laissent que peu d alternatives...

Nous avons été bien accueilli à l'hôtel. Personnel très agréable et bienveillant. La chambre tout à fait correct. Malheureusement, la pandémie ne permettait pas le buffet du déjeuner, ils se sont débrouillés comme ils pouvaient avec les mesures sanitaires; c'est le seul bémol, mais je ne leur tient pas rigueur.

Pas à la hauteur du prix pour une escapade sportiv

Même si le COVID, modifie un peu certains services. Le prix reste haut pour les prestations délivrées. Malgrès une bonne situation, un bon sommier, la qualité des petits déjeuner ressemble plus aux 4h d'un enfant addict de sucre et de produits transformés. Rien ne pousse aux alentours, aucune boulangerie ouverte? Si l'on a pas de service de chambre quotidien, on s'assure d'avoir mis une réserve de papier toilette en conséquence. Si le service n'est pas à la hauteur, le prix doit être revu à la baisse.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der stark befahrenen Strasse, daher laut. Dazu ist das Terassenrestaurant direkt unter den Zimmern. Da es im Zimmer sehr heiss war, mussten wir Fenster öffnen und dadurch war es bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr bescheiden, nicht aufgefüllt und in Corona-Zeit etwas gefährlich eng.

Das Hotel hatte leider am Samstag und Sonntag geschlossen. Ob dies immer so ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Deswegen fiel das Frühstück dürftig aus ( in einem kleinen Körbchen hatte es verpackte, Monate haltbare Gipfeli) Super war die Nespresso Maschine auf dem Gang zur freien Benutzung. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Camera un po' fredda, il riscaldamento non funzionava e c'era un ventilatore che si poteva accendere. Per la colazione solo un tipo di pane che viene servito anche a cena. Si puo' fare di meglio.

Pour le déjeuner du 1er de l'an: Pas de personnel pour CHF 166. la nuit. Pas de café seulement du décaféiné Une table pour toutes les chambres au 2ème étage occupée plus de 2 heures par un groupe de suisse allemand. Pas de plateau pour éventuellement transporter le déjeuner dans la chambre. Pas de parking pour l'hôtel La charcuterie pas de bon gout et très sèche.Sur la confirmation de la réservation CHF 160. demandé CHF 166.!! C'est dommage nous pensions revenir régulièrement!!

The staff were very helpful, especially when we had to adjust our plans. We arrived on a very busy night because of an event nearby and they asked during check in if we wanted a reservation for dinner because they knew it would be so busy. Dinner was excellent and the wait staff of just 3 worked very hard to accommodate the entire restaurant at once. The room was clean but the mattress and pillow lacked support and the city tree trimmers started work just outside our room around 6:30 am.

Als Veloreisender schätzte ich die Garage zum Einstellen des Velos und das Frühstück bereits um 6 Uhr in der Früh. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
