"I had a salty experience with this booking. I booked a premium room from hotels.com. When I checked in, the room I got was underwhelmingly different from the photos I saw on the website. I talked to the staff at reception and the hotel manager. As per them, there are many premium rooms in the hotel, But the photos they put on the website are of the 2 rooms that are in the corners. They said they posted photos of their best rooms. Agreed! But still, the photos of the rooms you put online should...
