She has been very helpful all the time. She is also very caring and always checks with us to see if we have any need. We stayed there for a couple of nights and then went to other places of Yunnan. On the very last day of our trip, we went back to stay there. Elin went out her way to prepare a better villa for us. Even though she wasn’t on roster on the day we were there, she made sure that other staff were aware of what to do. When compared to other 5 star hotels (including other countries), this is the best customer service we have ever come across. Elin‘s service has made Banjan Tree Lijang stand out."
