The carpet in my room was extremely stained (I even turned off the lights to make sure it wasn't just shadows). And I became extremely sick after eating breakfast (and my dinner the night prior was hotel room service so if it wasn't due to breakfast, it was still definitely due to food prepared by the hotel). "

"booked 2 units of 1 bedroom deluxe rooms. The condition of the 26th floor's unit was so bad. The 10th floor one was a world of difference. We stayed for 4 nights and will be checking in to Ascott Raffles City in Chongqing on 11Apr. Hope it will be a much better experience. "

"Biggest issue was temperature of the room at night. Thermostat did not work, room would stay hot all night when it was cool outside. Asked staff to send someone but was not fixed. "
