The room is clean and beautiful as shown in the picture. But have the limit of check-in time not late than 6 PM shall not suit for everyone.

Room very small

The room is very small and not clean. Lots of mild in the bathroom. Be aware that there are a lots of steep stairs so if you a big luggage it is a problem. The owner was very nice to carry our suitcases.

First impressions are lasting. On arrival to the address of the hotel, I was left facing a bike rental shop. I later discovered that it was the correct address and access to the rooms was through the bike shop. The office to the hotel was the lady operating a food outlet on the other side of the street. This was not the type of check-in that I usually associate with a "hotel", but more of a boarding house/back-packer establishment. There are none of the features that you expect when arriving at a hotel. The rooms themselves were comfortable and clean, so after the initial shock on arrival, I did have a good nights rest.

民宿環境清悠，但整體清潔有待加強！

接洽我們的民宿主人蠻親切的，但當天到達民宿的時候(約下午五點10分左右，已有電話告知會於五點左右到達)，電話完全聯絡不到人，打兩支手機都是轉語音信箱，用google找遍了民宿聯絡方式，終於找到了一支市話也找到了人，當下是有擔心了一下。民宿週遭環境很清悠，但民宿裡的環境衛生有待加強，一樓廁所爬滿了黑螞蟻，連馬桶裡都是一大堆。入住的民宿房間清潔也要加強，放電視的櫃子腳的邊邊有一顆疑似藥丸的東西，溜滑梯底下還有一支用過的吸管及很像杯子的垃圾。小朋友睡的床舖(上下舖)上有紙屑及毛屑，天花板也佈滿了蜘蛛網。廁所的馬桶在還未使用前已經有頭髮黏在馬桶蓋上面，洗手枱的鏡子上卡了很多水漬。房間裡的燈光昏暗，這點當天現場有電話裡反應給民宿主人，但民宿主人回應是說他們房間的燈光都是微光微光，不過不太適合在這種燈光下看電視，因為電視也很小台。接洽我們民宿主人是很親切，但若有心要繼續經營民宿，建議多花心思在衛生清潔上哦！

離日月潭不遠，但去哪都要開車，要依靠大眾運輸可能有困難。住宿環境算是舒適

日月潭から少し放れています。民宿集落で廻りにはコンビニも食堂もありません。受付時、スマホで翻訳会話、朝は、前日指示された冷蔵庫のサンドイッチとボトルのミルク。この間、誰もいない。放置状態が続くその後昨日と違う人が現れる。送迎は無くバス停を案内された。ビジネスホテル並みの価格だった。

小朋友的天堂

原本三個月前訂4人房也已付款，當天竟然說沒有房間，只剩一間比較貴的，還好最後讓我們入住不用加費用，老闆娘很親切，民宿有很多小朋友玩的設施，很棒~可惜沒盥洗用具，浴室有用過的洗面乳，我想可能漏了整理了>< 地點離水社碼頭開車5分鐘就到。

老闆娘很熱情好客，房間整潔舒適，有廚房供使用，免費豐富早餐，價格相宜，誠意推薦！

老闆娘非常好客，為我們準備現煮咖啡，又購買阿薩姆紅茶蛋捲給我們吃。 而且，地下的廚房可以供我們使用，裡面有一般的食具、飲用水等。 民宿也提供免費早餐，有當地新鮮的水果和蛋糕。 價格很相宜，誠意向大家推薦。

Although the place is a bit far from the tourist area, Sun Moon Lake, it could be managed by taking the regional bus (once every hour). Since we were not driving, the owner was so nice that offered us rides to and from Sun Moon Lake and this location. She bought us breakfast in the morning and fruit and desert in the evening. We might not get chance to revisit in the near future, but this brief stay really leave us a wonderful memory.
