"THE CAVE ROOM: Staff member who checked us in was not welcoming but could have been a cultural difference. Put us in a room that I didn't not request so I was already a bit disappointed. We walked over to our room and noticed so much trash, and furniture that looked piled up for a long time, the pool was dirty and looked like no one has been it in a long while. When entering the room we noticed that there were no towels. The man at the front desk told us that they would bring them in an hour because they were in the dyer. When they finally came they were stained. The hot tub in the room sprayed up and covered our floor with water. We had limited towels, and trying to dry the floor we discovered how dirty the floor was. The sheets on the bed were for a standard bed - not a round bed so they did not fit and came up as soon as we sat on it. The restroom door was falling apart and wasn't even made of wood or particle board it was light like foam. so strange. electrical panel and a light were exposed which made us nervous with all the water around. It was awful. We left as soon as the sun came up at around 5am, no one was at the front desk. The photos look cool - but must be so old because it was NOTHING like we expected. "
