"We booked our trip to RIU Cancun - Adults Only through Expedia and we had a great time. The booking was simple. We used Mexican Travel Solutions (MTS) for our transportation and they were great. We booked the premium pick up service so our family of five had our own vehicle, with drinks, and they were ready for us and took us straight to the hotel. They have a staff stationed in the hotel that was very helpful with booking other excursions.
The hotel is phenomenal. Super clean! They have a ton of staff that works hard all day and night and were helpful and friendly. We ate at the buffet, the Italian restaurant, the Japanese restaurant and the steak restaurant and all were great. Service was incredible and we got right in with no reservations. We had breakfast in the buffet every day and it was great with lots of options. Pepe's at the pool was a nice surprise with burgers, hot dogs, tacos, etc., available.
The junior suites were large and the air conditioning worked great. The rooms had two full beds with a desk, coffee table and a couch, that could also be a bed. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was really nice with two chairs, a table and a rack to dry clothes.
The pools were really clean, plenty of room with lots of games and activities. The swim-up bar and pool bar had great drinks and service. The sports bar was excellent with TVs and three pool tables.
The corner bar and pool were a little more quiet and were excellent as well.
