This was a wonderful property to stay at. The amenities were great, the onsen was amazing with everything provided. Very handy having a Family Mart inside the building and handy being so close to Disneyland without paying Disney prices!
My only gripe is that there were young children in the onsen playing and splashing around like it was an Aqua park at 10pm at night - there should be an age limit!

Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help make special arrangements prior to my arrival for a surprise engagement. The spectacular view combined with the comfort of our room made it difficult to leave and explore Tokyo.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kashiwaya Ryokan. Although it was long to get to without a car, it was worth the travel. The 2 days there didn’t feel like it was enough time.
