The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too

Price was ok, clean room, confortable beds, no hot water in the shower. They do not offer toiletries anymore but one hand soap, not extra toilet paper. I always carry extra toilet paper just in case. I just spent one night, passing by on a road trip to Canada border. They offer coffee on the go only.
