"My husband and I spent 2 nights. We were on ground floor and enjoyed the view of the lake and being able to just walk out of our room over to the lake. Room was comfortable and quiet. Everything was there that was needed. Only negative comment would be that the carpet had many stains and could have done with a cleaning. Breakfast was buffet with a well replenished array of food. Waffles, croissants, raisin bread, muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereals. Assortment of juices, tea, coffee. Plenty of outdoor parking. Only 12 minute drive to Departure Bay Ferry Terminal. Staff were friendly and professional. Enjoyed our stay."

"It was our first visit to the QBI and we were very happy with the friendliness of the staff, starting upon our arrival at the front desk with Noah, who was extremely professional and helpful in us changing our room. The gym, indoor pool and hot tub was very clean and we decided to stay in and have dinner in their restaurant, again with professional, friendly staff. We had a great couple of nites and will definitely return. The only I would recommend, is to change the deluxe king room courtyard description to being at back of hotel, theres no courtyard! "The beaches along the coast are absolutely beautiful, so having an ocean view is magnificent as is an outdoor table at the lounge. Be sure to walk the entire boardwalk at low tide and high and be sure to have dinner at Cuckoos. Delicious!"
