The Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very nice and clean . Breakfast was okay but very limited choices . The bed was very uncomfortable. My husband and I got little to no sleep . I requested for a receipt to be emailed to me and did not receive one. Unfortunately we had to checkout a day early due to a family situation.

The manager and assist manger were horrible the most rudest ppl I have ever encountered with ! Have no peoples skills at all . Spoke to children about staying when they should have spoke to the adults told my son to leave if he was a guest he is 8 years old who tells a child that instead of taking to the parents or adults . Room has dirty wash cloth hanging from previous ppl , bathroom doors wasn’t closing ! Room door kept getting b stuck staying open not locking ! Very very unprofessional the manger Barbara she was horrible and rude I have never felt that way in my life and the rudeness she had in front of children !!

My door to my room didn't lock. Reservations kept getting mixed up. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and knowledgeable. Never enough food at breakfast, definitely could have done better there

Checked in Friday, checked out Monday. Never had cleaning service even though it says every other day. Had to ask for towels everyday and they didn't want to provide them because it wasn't a cleaning day. We had 3 people in our room with two queen beds, but they only provided towels for two people. One desk clerk said they only clean every 4 days even though the paper with the "rules" they handed out at checkin said every other day. Same with the sticker on the mirror. Had to ask for toilet paper, tissues, and garbage bags. It was unbelievable. Very dissapointed and not typical of our stays at Hamptons. Otherwise the remodeled room is nice, except they stopped short and didn't refresh the tub/ shower.
