"The room that was supposed to be handicapped accessible was not. We moved to their second motel and switched rooms several times, still not handicapped accessible. Because of this, my sister fell in the shower and we spent Christmas Eve in the ER. Our room keys never worked once throughout a 2 week stay. We were denied clean bedding when my sister got sick. We also didn’t know that during this time of year they allow the homeless to stay there. We had disruptions almost every night. I was only...

"The pictures on the website did not do the property Justice. I don't think it was the same hotel in the pictures. When I went to get ice the ice machine didn't work, but I did notice gentleman loading filming equipment from a Cadillac Escalade into a hotel room, presumably to make a motion picture which requires a hotel room. The three kids standing outside my room. When I went to open the door all had ankle monitors on. I suppose the neighborhood could have been better."
