The front desk clerks were awesome, they were very courteous and pleasant. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The toilet was not clean, the bed linens were stained and had cigarette burns . The plus was that the hotel was close to shopping and dining.

It was a perfect stay considering I didnt check in till 3am the morning that I was checking out. Was in town for death in family. And being with family, time slipped by

Good hotel with mostly clean room. Great value and I wouldn’t mind rooming here again. Room had a good clean smell with modern outlets such as USB-C. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very roomy for a motel. Shower had facilities for people with disabilities. Some problems include a lack of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and the detachable shower head slides down to hip level and doesn’t stay up over your head. Floor was a little dirty under my feet and there is no carpet anywhere. Toilet seat was so high that my feet wouldn’t even touch the ground and I’m 5 feet 11 inches.

The rooms were clean. They tried to charge me twice for the room. When I asked the maid for extra towels, she said that they were not allowed to give them out. No shampoo offered. The desk clerk banged on my neighbors door at 2 o’clock in the morning for no reason And woke us all up.

My only complaint is that it seems to be a party hotel. People running around yelling and the smell of pot was powerful. But when it was quiet it wasn't bad. Room wasn't immaculate but bedding and towels were clean. Water is hot and tv worked. For the price of the room I'm happy with my stay.

Been here many times. Cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Not the safest hotel. Items from previous occupant in corners of room still. Don't usually have issues with staff. This time I had a booking issue and she was less than helpful.

I don't mind staying at this motel 6,it is quiet and it's rooms aren't too bad, they do need to step it up a notch tho. We wanted a different pillow because it was dirty, they told us to wash it um no if I am paying u should wash it. Other then that it was ok.

Motel 6 York, PA
There was a gap on the bottom of the front door that was just about 2 inches so there was a cold draft constantly, a gap on the top of the bathroom door, the water pressure was not the best, there were roaches in the bathroom and by the sink just outside the bathroom, the microwave was dirty, the mini fridge smelled funky, the bed sheets were very itchy, thin, had stains and cigarette burns (this was in a non-smoking room). The floors were dirty enough that if you walked across the floor with clean bare feet from one end to the other, the bottom of your feet would almost be completely covered in dirt. Overall not pleased with the upkeep of the room.

I am waiting for the customer care to get back with me. They are aware of all the issues. Love bugs and dead bugs in room with other dirty issues. First room was not even cleaned and they gave the room key out! Then sent us to this"clean" room with multiple issues.

I work for a hotel myself and when I am booking for any stay at any hotel, the first thing I do is walk in and check the beds and the sheetz. I also go to the bathroom and make sure towels and tub and toilets are clean and fresh! At this stay I experience, dirty wash clothes and the floor matt looked used and wet. The shower was used before we got there so the tub was wet! when I pull she sheets of they had stains on it. It wasn't too bad, I mean for the price I paid I really cant complain you get what you paid for. I would stay again they just need todo a better job at keeping it cleaned to the hotel standards that's all.

This was a birthday gift and we had a very nice one day stay. The only thing I would suggest is a blanket in the room in case it is needed and an extra pillow. There were three there but my friend took the two and I really needed an extra pillow besides the one that was there. I could have asked but did not.
