The woman at the front desk was very nice. She told us where to park so we could be closer to our room. However, the lot was Full of people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel. The neighbors were very noisy. The place smelled like weed. Very poor hotel.

The room itself was very nice. Upon further use in bathroom etc very obvious dirt all over. As if not cleaned up from the construction/ remodeling. Also, we had no way of watching any TV as no cable box was connected was in the room. Sticky all over bathroom door.

As soon as we arrived in the hallway of our hotel room, the hallway was filled with smoke. Every time a door opened a dog started barking in the hotel. Then we saw bugs in the bathroom. we could barely breathe in our room due to the cigarette smoke throughout the whole building. After 10 minutes we went to the front desk to see if we could get our money back and they said no because there was no manager and that we had already stayed there 10 minutes. I’ve tried to contact the manager and contact Expedia with no help. We were told the facility was non-smoking. I’ve heard nothing back from Expedia.

Whole room smells of bleach. Can’t shower because there’s sewage in the tub. Must flush toilet several times and HOPE that the contents go away. NO GARBAGE CAN anywhere in the room or bathroom!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t let my greatest enemy sleep here. We arrived at 1:30 am, and there was no other place to go. So I opened the window, and we’re on the first floor!! Unfortunately, I experienced a problem with my reservation. Although Expedia sent a reservation confirmation to both me and the hotel, a glitch in the hotel's computer system caused my reservation to not get processed properly. As a result, there was NO ROOM available for me to check into upon my arrival. I was forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute and I was not happy about this!

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, great experience from check in. I was moved from a 2 queen bed room to a single king bed room, which wasnt a huge deal. The cleanliness and the "smell" was ungodly...stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases, smelled like rotten garbage, not my favorite part of the stay. Was also given a receipt for $49 when I was charhed $63.

The room was dirty. Dirty sheets, towels. Cigarettes burns on mattress cover. Room smelled like smoke. Only stayed 1 night., didn’t stay for 2nd night. Couldn’t get refund for night we didn’t stay for.
