Breakfast was mediocre and the same items was served everyday for the week of stay. The hotel was surrounded by bars and bunch of drunks walking around. The male patrons of the bar would urinate nearby the hotel. It was disgusting. If I had known this hotel was near the red light district, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I don't think this hotel is worth four stars.

Out dated. Unsure how this hotel qualified for Forbes 2026. The best thing is the lobby…. Rooms are out dated. Shower heads are old. Bath rooms are old. Not worth the price. Breakfast was trash and mainly American food.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay offering many amenities and foods in the restaurant. The hotel also offers luggage forwarding, extremely useful when travelling to and from osaka or any other destination.
