"Restaurant was excellent. Location is convenient for Yokohama cruise terminal. 45 min walk to Chinatown, which is worth the visit. Room was similar in size to what we are used to in North America and is well appointed. Staff were always SO helpful!"

"The hotel is located right by the train station, a mall and a small store that has daily necessities and groceries. Staff goes above and beyond to serve one. The morning buffet I found a little pricey abt $30 and my kids ate cereal😊 I would go there any time again if in Japan. We were there for a cruise w/ Holland America and the hotel is in minutes from the pier. "
