"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"完全なラブホテルではあるが、ホテルズドットコムサイトにてビジネスユースで数回利用しています。 このホテルから仕事先の関係で朝早くの仕事が一旦終わり9時過ぎにホテル戻り12時のチェックアウトまでゆっくりできるのが良いので利用しています。その時に無料の朝食を頂きます。 ビジホには無いお風呂の広さ、部屋の広さ、ベッドの大きさ、TVの大きさ等、ゆっくり出来ます。部屋によってはマッサージマシンもあるのでその部屋になった時は当たりです。 ちなみに、ベットもリクライニングするので、良いですよ✌️"

"This was my first time in Arima and my first time staying at a ryokan. I stayed for one night and immediately wished I had booked an extra night. I was in Arima for two nights total and wanted to compare two different ryokans to experience the differences. Takayamaso Hanano was an excellent stay that I will remember fondly. "The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "
