Best stay in Yerevan in this hotel.

Niice stay at north avenue hotel in the center of district area and tourist places. We enjoyed our stay and the reception staff very friendly and cooperative. Quality service they provide. My next stay in Yerevan will be in the same hotel. I like the location nearby everything you need.even it’s three floor hotel but very quit and not noisy as other low floor hotels highly recommended to tourists.

I was most impressed by the staff's attitude and customer service. Me and fiancée did not speak Armenian (the hotel staff speak fluent English). They went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible. For instance I needed to add 4G internet to my cellular line but didn't know where to go. The hotel sent me one of their staff to show me the way and translate for me. This was one of many examples. The room was very nice with a great view, especially at nights. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was served 7-11am and it was amazing.

We were misrepresenting on the photos of the breakfast, purchased breakfast for 15 days and couldn’t see a manager to complain to get a refund, in the 15 days we were there the manager was never available, breakfast buffet was empty and nothing like the pictures. No internet for 8 hours, lights went off one day, will never go there again and will not refer anyone to go there. Very disappointed specially I paid for 15 days of breakfast and couldn’t get my money back.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. As someone who travels frequently, I was expecting much better service and flexibility to make my stay enjoyable and worth coming back. My flight landed at 3:30 AM, and I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 AM. I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but I had to wait over 7 hours in the lobby before finally getting a room (206). Exhausted, I immediately fell asleep. When I woke up to take a shower, I noticed a large patch of mold and water damage on the ceiling. I asked the receptionist to change my room, and to their credit, they did. The room was refreshed daily, but towels were not replaced, and fresh towels were not provided every day. For a hotel of this standard, I expected consistent housekeeping service, especially with basics like clean towels. On my last night, I returned to the hotel around 3 AM, but the door lock malfunctioned and I was stuck outside my room for more than 30 minutes. The maintenance worker who came to fix it was rude, though the receptionist was polite and tried to help. I was then offered a late checkout until 6 PM, which made me very happy since it meant I could rest and prepare for my flight comfortably. Unfortunately, due to poor management, the receptionist woke me up at 11:25 AM demanding that I check out within 30 minutes. My late checkout had been cancelled without explanation, and because the receptionist did not speak English, I couldn’t properly resolve the

The rooms in this property are pretty small. I wanted to get additional days at this hotel but the hotel staff would not honor the same price and gave me a hard time couldn’t answer my questions for a few days I don’t think it’s good business practice to make your existing customers leave and go somewhere else the hotel staff knowingly did not accommodate in anyway and gave me answers that made me go somewhere

One of the books the best places I ever been

Armenia is an amazing place to visit I have been all over the world but I never seen such a beautiful restaurants each one has a different decoration and interior design, extremely good food with the lowest price I ever paid in all over the world I would suggest everybody to visit Armenia the people are so friendly and helpful it’s incredible
